Doug Carlberg is Founder, President & CEO of M2 Global Technology, LTD. Actively involved with AME for more than 20 years, Carlberg has contributed significant time and leadership toward growing the organization. One of his most recent responsibilities was to chair the AME 2021 Operational Excellence Summit.. In addition, he served as the Southwestern Regional President for 14 years. Carlberg has received numerous awards for excellence in manufacturing. His business ventures and previous employers received a vast array of accolades under his leadership for excellent execution of lean management initiatives.
