M2 Global Technology, Ltd was presented with the US Small Business Administration (SBA)2022 National Small Business Subcontractor of the year award during the SBA’s National SmallBusiness Week event in Washington, DC May 5th, 2022. This prestigious award is given to a Company in recognition of the small-business sector’s valuable contributions as a subcontractor for large Federal prime contracts that provide vital products and services to military and civilian customers. This award was presented by SBA Administrator, Casillas Guzman, to Douglas Carlberg, M2Global’s president and CEO, at the National Awards luncheon on May 5th. Carlberg noted, M2Global is honored to have been selected for this distinguished award, which shows that our dedication to lean enterprise excellence, aerospace quality, and customer satisfaction is providing our customers the best value and service in the industry. In the SBA event information, M2 Global was lauded for overcoming COVID-19 adversity and rising above the challenges, also expanded its customer base to include Bell Textron, Lockheed Martin, BAE, and Collins Aerospace. This year marks the 59th annual National Small Business Week and the 69th anniversary of the SBA. The 2022 events and educational forums were built around the theme, “Empowering Entrepreneurs”. M2 Global, one of the ten regional winners competing for this National Award, were among a select group of premier small business contractors, federal acquisition executives and business and industry leaders that were invited to attend the SBA event to accept awards for excellence in Federal Contracting. Bell Textron nominated M2 Global for this award, citing our selection was based on M2’s outstanding supplier performance, innovative ideas, and their dedication to thecommunity.
